Take you confirmation letter with reservation number and passenger list to the Downtown Milwaukee Amtrak Station at least 7 days prior to your trip date to purchase your tickets. You can also purchase tickets over the phone with a credit card by calling the Amtrak Group Reservation Desk at (877) 872-2321 and have the tickets sent via Fed Ex with a separate fee of $15.

Special Conditions:

Valid for sale through December 31, 2012. Valid for travel through December 31, 2012. Blackouts are all Saturdays and Sundays plus December 21-24 and December 26-30 2011, January 2, February 17, February 20, April 5-6, April 9, May 25, August 31, September 3, October 5, November 20-21, November 24-26, December 20-23 and December 26-30 2012. Valid trains are all Hiawathas except #332 and #339. Group size is limited to no more than 50 people on trains #330 and #337 and as large as 136 on all other trains. Discount fare valid for children (up to 15 yrs) and for adult chaperones traveling as part of approved school group. Must be booked only through Amtrak group desk. 30-day advance notice required.
