The Amtrak Group Desk will process your class reservation and either fax or email you a reservation number and confirmation letter.

Create a passenger list of all the people (students, teachers, parents) traveling on your trip.

Review the Group Leader and Chaperone Guidelines to ensure your trip is fun and safe!

Take your confirmation letter with reservation number and passenger list to the Downtown Milwaukee Amtrak Station at least 7 days prior to your trip date to purchase your tickets.

(Please note: Purchased tickets may also be mailed via Fed Ex with a separate fee of $12.00.)
