  • A list of all people (students, teachers, parents) traveling on your trip will need to be faxed or e-mailed to the Amtrak Group Reservation Desk prior to making final payment. Seating is limited. Minimum group size is 20 people. Every request is reviewed and some may not be approved if space is not available.
  • The chaperone policy requires a 6 to 1 ratio, a minimum of one designated chaperone for every 6 minors under the age of 18 aboard the train. The number of adults can not exceed the number of children.
  • Amtrak Hiawatha Service welcomes and can accommodate customers with disabilities at most locations. Please check with the Amtrak Group Desk 1-8770872-2321, to ensure that Amtrak can accommodate every member of your group at the stations you wish to use.

  • Mailed tickets will be sent via Fed Ex with a separate fee of $15.00 to the address on Page 1. Tickets may also be picked-up at least 7 days prior to your trip date at the Amtrak Station in Downtown Milwaukee at: 433 West St. Paul Avenue.
